C. Kristin Choi
Kristin Choi is a Co-Founder, Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Business Development of C4EIS. As Vice President of Business Development, Kristin is responsible for developing C4EIS's business strategy and spearheading business development, client relations, and strategic relationships. Kristin's responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building teaming arrangements, conducting competitive analyses and submitting proposals. She directs the company’s overall business strategy, and spends her time in business development, client relations, strategic partnerships, and spearheading funding initiatives.
Prior to C4EIS, Kristin was an associate at Hogan Lovells LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in corporate M&A transactions and securities law. She also served as a law clerk to Honorable Robert Kugler of the District Court for the District of New Jersey and Honorable Zoe Bush of the Superior Court of District Court of Columbia.
Kristin holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Diplomacy from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
